Most people have to face the problem of shoe odor that can lead to embarrassment. Foot smell can be caused by number of things as bacterial or fungal infection and overuse of one pair of shoes. First of all you should find the cause of the smell and then try to remove the smell. There are some simple trips by following them you can easily get rid of the problem.
Wash your feet daily with antimicrobial soap and leave them to dry because in this way you can avoid fungus or bacteria causing your feet and shoes to smell and after washing and drying the feet apply a moisturizer on your feet.
Before putting your feet in shoes you should put deodorant on your feet because your feet sweat too and powder can help your feet from sweating in the first place. So you should keep a deodorant only for your feet and don’t use this on the other parts of the body and apply it on your face regularly.
At night when you take your shoes off, sprinkle some baking soda into your shoes and in the morning before you put your shoes on, take the shoes outside and clap them together to remove the excess powder. Do this process daily at night. Take white vinegar and water in equal amount and spray your shoes with this water and let it dry for 30 minutes.
You can get rid of bacteria living inside your shoes by tea bags because tea bags are very effective in killing bacteria. Place the tea bag in boiling water for a few minutes and then put the tea bag out of water and let it cool and then place them in each shoe.
Leave the shoes for few hours and wipe off the excess juice from the tea bags. Your old or wasted pair of socks can be used take one of them and fill it with baking soda and a few drops of essential oil and then tie it with a ribbon or string and then place it in your shoes and this is the best way to remove odor from your shoes.
You can solve this problem by soaking your feet in the solution. Take a tub and fill it with warm water not too hot and then ¼ cup of baking soda and squeeze a fresh lemon in water mix all these things well and soak your feet in this water for about 15-20 minutes and then dry.
It will give your feet a little swish. Do this once in a week and by doing this you will get beautiful and odor free feet. The easiest ways to cut off the smell is put your shoes in a plastic bag and then put them in freezer and leave them inside the freezer for whole night. Cold place help to kill the bacteria because bacteria cannot stand the cold. In the morning take out your shoes from freezer and thaw out.
